Current Boudica has a delivery remit for 50 acres on the A11 at Twells Business Park. Working in conjunction with the owners, Boudica are using their experience to act as development managers for the turnkey solutions, to add value and to supplement the current land sales. Boudica will still use it’s knowledge base to find occupiers when offering the design and build service. Likewise, working in conjunction with Integra 61, which is a 1m sqft logistics scheme by Citrus Group, Boudica are assisting with the roadside element as part of the mixed use component for the development scheme.
