We focus on sites with planning to allow for certainty of delivery to target specific academic year openings. Boudica Developments also has longstanding, well-established relationships with a number of industry regarded delivery partners for investors who do not have their own UK delivery teams and can arrange investment exits with UK institutional investors by way of forward commitments or forward sales.
